This disclaimer outlines the terms, conditions, and limitations of services provided under your membership. By enrolling in our program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
K.I.A Property Maintenance provides routine maintenance, inspections, and general repair services as outlined in your membership plan. Our services do not include major renovations, remodeling, or code violation corrections unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
For the safety of our technicians and clients, contractors reserve the right to refuse service or stop work if hazardous conditions are present. Hazardous conditions include, but are not limited to, unsafe electrical, fire, structural, environmental, biological hazards, or any condition that poses a risk of injury. Services will be rescheduled once conditions are deemed safe.
Preventative maintenance calls do not include equipment cleaning or repairs.
Services include filter change outs and inspection only.
Any service calls outside of scheduled preventative maintenance visits are subject to a $50 service call fee, as outlined in your membership plan.
Early subscription termination will be subjected to a 30% fee. Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining term of the membership after the fee is deducted.
Memberships are non-transferable. K.I.A Property Maintenance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel services at any time with appropriate notice. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
